Each workout class is open to everyone, and you can choose between tai chi, yoga, Pilates or Zumba â€" or do them all! Head to the Great Lawn for free Millennium Park workouts every Saturday from 7AM to 11AM. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring an exercise mat if you would like for yoga and Pilates.
