This day-long conference will focus on teaching nonprofit and philanthropic organizations how to align a strategic planning process to ensure that the resulting mission, vision, policies, and procedures will combat racial inequity at structural and systemic levels. Envisioning Equity will include a keynote talk from Tamara Winfrey Harris and Pamela Ross from the Central Indiana Community Foundation, a panel discussion featuring people who are doing this work at their organizations, and a variety of breakout sessions with people specializing in different aspects of racial equity and strategic planning to assist your team.
