This day-long conference will focus on teaching nonprofit and philanthropic organizations how to align a strategic planning process to ensure that the resulting mission, vision, policies, and procedures will combat racial inequity at structural and systemic levels. Envisioning Equity will include a keynote talk from Tamara Winfrey Harris and Pamela Ross from the Central Indiana Community Foundation, a panel discussion featuring people who are doing this work at their organizations, and a variety of breakout sessions with people specializing in different aspects of racial equity and strategic planning to assist your team. Envisioning Equity is committed to providing an inclusive environment and we will do our best to accommodate requests for accessibility and assistance. There is space to indicate your specific needs in registration. Please contact us if you would like to communicate directly about the conference arrangements as they relate to your needs. Discounted prices for teams of three, four, five or more from the same organization.
