What's the best time to visit the Skydeck?
There is no bad time to make your way to the Willis Tower Skydeck. However, there are two times that are extra special. Plan to arrive in the morning just after it opens or in the evening to watch the sunset and twinkly lights of Chicago. Once you know when sunset is, you should arrive about 30 to 45 minutes prior.
Is the Skydeck accessible to the disabled?
It most definitely is. The Willis Tower elevators are able to accommodate wheelchairs and scooters with no problem. And there are ramps, which make it easy to access the Skydeck.
